Recently, I purchased several acrylic cover colors. However, I encountered an issue with the natural nude color. Despite varying the monomer ratio in the acrylic, I am unable to pick up a bead. The other colors are functioning correctly. I have not experienced this problem previously. Is there a possibility of returning the defective color and receiving an identical replacement? I’ve tried emailing the company, no reply😫
I got 4 acrylics 2 don’t match the description and it’s too hard to work with
First time trying it and it’s a good color that I was aiming for can’t wait to try other nudes
